I only gave 1 star because I couldn''t leave a review without giving one. This place is a Toilet! Lost my mother in laws clothes, and then said she didn''t have any(would you not notice a 93 year old women with no clothes for 3 weeks? The psychiatrist was anasty, condescending POS. instead.of taking her to the bathroom they put her in a diaper so after 100 days of that she is now incontinent. This place.is the worst.

I would highly recommend the Heritage Center to care for your elderly loved ones. My Mother has been in the Heritage throughout the Covid nightmare. While there were terrible stories circulating the tri state area, the Heritage took exemplary care for my Mother and all its elderly. The staff are in ...

I would highly recommend the Heritage Center to care for your elderly loved ones. My Mother has been in the Heritage throughout the Covid nightmare. While there were terrible stories circulating the tri state area, the Heritage took exemplary care for my Mother and all its elderly. The staff are in touch daily and cater to my Mothers every need. There staff is on call 24/7 and my 90 year old Mother is being well taken care of. I wouldn''t choose any other rehab center aside from the Heritage! Thank you!

Let me start off by saying that the Heritage and all its staff are amazing. Our grandmother’s condition has complicated and the doctors at the hospital recommended a skilled nursing facility because otherwise her long-term specialized care needs wouldn’t be met. At first, we were very hesitant because of the negative reviews about this place but our experience has been a blessed and grateful opposite. Each and everyone of the nurses, aids, doctors, social worker and all staff in the facility have been so helpful, accommodating, respectful, responsible and reassuring. Everyone has made sure to maintain constant and clear communication with family members, so we are always informed of every detail. They never hesitate to hear us out and work together to resolve any matter. We can feel at ease with the care provided and know that she can’t be in better hands. We are immensely thankful to all of you and for welcoming us into the Heritage family!

My mother was bamboozled into going here for rehab I wanted her to go to Boro Park Rehab across from Maimonides Hospital. She was supposed to be discharged at 12pm from hospital. I called Heritage at 2:50pm to find out if she was admitted. Spoke with admissions and was told she was not there yet. Ca...

My mother was bamboozled into going here for rehab I wanted her to go to Boro Park Rehab across from Maimonides Hospital. She was supposed to be discharged at 12pm from hospital. I called Heritage at 2:50pm to find out if she was admitted. Spoke with admissions and was told she was not there yet. Called back at 6:45pm and found admissions to be closed. Called back again and finally found out that my mother had arrived by a nurse I could hardly understand. They did not call me to tell my 93 yr old mother was at their rehab. I called today to speak with someone about this oversight. They still have not returned my call. The last time my mother was here the place smelled of urine and the patients looked crusty * beds looked old. I doubt their will be any change in care despite the place supposedly looking better. The social worker would not let me talk to my mother so that I could clarify where she wanted to go, because my mom did not want to stay there. They preferred to fight with me than to have me speak directly with my mother about leaving the facility. They did not track down her missing back brace as it remained in the hospital or on ambulette. She had no brace on when I spoke with her. All they do is make excuses about one thing or another They say they don''t know, but in the end nobody knows anything and they do nothing to make things better They only want the Medicare money. They are terrible here. DON''T SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE. Completely indifferent to the patients needs.
