Don, I wanted to take a moment to extend my gratitude and appreciation for the insightful tour you provided of the memory care community recently. Your passion and dedication to providing exceptional care for residents were truly evident throughout our time together. I was particularly impressed by how you knew every resident by name, and I believe it reflects the commitment of your team to creating a warm and supportive environment for residents. Additionally, your thorough explanation of the various amenities and services offered highlighted the comprehensive approach to memory care that your community embodies. Thank you!

The varied and interesting activities as well as Agility exercise encourages us to stay healthy, and busy. Although the Forum, like other Senior Living Facilities has had difficulty with understaffing, those who are employed here give their ALL to the residents, from the Chef, to the cooks and servers, and those who bus tables. We get prompt service from Maintenance, and the housecleaning staff is good, as well. Given the many challenges to feed us, in Independent Living, there are many others to feed and care for in Assisted Living and Memory Care. I am most grateful to all the staff here, and consider myself a lucky recipient of their many efforts to take care of us.

To Maria & the Staff of the Bridge to Rediscovery Memory Care unit: On behalf of my family, I want to thank all of you for taking such good care of our Mom for the last two-plus years of her life. Even with the progression of her Alzheimer’s disease, she flourished with you. She was always such a social person, finding the most happiness with others, participating in activities, especially music & dancing. Seeing her loving life inside her “little bubble” brought us joy & relief knowing she was truly happy. From Maria, down to the unit caregivers, medical staff, housekeeping & maintenance employees, culinary staff, volunteers who came in to provide various activities, then at the end of her time, the Harmony Hospice team who helped her transition gently - you all provided exceptional care. For that, our family is eternally grateful, thank you. May each of you be abundantly blessed. Lorraine’s daughter, Joanne

The cost at this facility includes at least one meal. Good luck with that!!! MIL is here and dinner service is almost nonexistent. They are not hiring enough people or the right people to get the job done. Waiting time just to get anyone''s attention for a glass of water can be an hour or more. Attempts to talk to the director were cut short by the director. If this were a regular restaurant the customers would get up and leave. The residents here don''t have that option. It is criminal!!!! Or should be.
