She went out of her way for us, as all of the units are currently occupied. You can see that she genuinely loves her job and and knows the residents well. We can''t say enough positive things about Lisa who truly made us feel like valued guests. Carol (in the "big house") took us on a tour of the building itself and was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as well. Thank you!

I felt great about this place in the beginning. Was happy to find a place so beautiful. My mother has been here a year and the last 6 months we’ve had issues involving agency nurses not set up for success by being able to “get into your Moms record” resulting in missed medications, wrong medications being brought to her, etc. most of the staff are great. But every time I ask to speak with the clinical director I never get a call back. But they certainly knew how to contact me to let me know her rent was going up. It angers me that they expect more money to be paid, when something as basic as my mother getting the correct medication is an issue on multiple occasions. Having been a nurse for a long time myself, and having ran facilities, I’m very disappointed in the leadership. I know things happen, but it is more than a one time occurrence. It just continues. Will be looking elsewhere.

Everyone has been so kind, starting with Carol, Rachel and the concierge staff from the moment I walked in to check it out, to the maintenance staff, food services, and housekeeping now that Dad has been there for a few weeks. They have built a great culture there with their staff, and it shows in how happy and content the residents seem to be, including my dad Ron! He''s already settled (after living with us for two years and he did NOT want to leave) in a way that I did not think we would see for at least a few months. It gives me peace of mind knowing how much they obviously care about the health and wellbeing of their residents. I''m so thankful the Lord led us to Rose!

I was able to tour Rose Senior Living - Avon. The apartment was very nice. Carol, the administrator, was very nice. Everything seemed very clean, and the residents seemed happy. They had transportation. The continental breakfast was included daily, and they had a lot of activities like gardening. They had a beauty parlor there. And then they had nice outdoor sitting areas and nice walking trails. It was a nice facility. The staff was very nice and very informative.

After two months in Assisted Living, my dad moved to Independent Living and is thriving thanks to all that Rose Sr. Living entails. Every staff member has gone above and beyond to make my dad comfortable in his new home and his fellow residents have added a huge dose of fun and enjoyment to his life. The Rose enviornment is fresh, inviting and active and the opportunities for social, spiritual and physical engagement are abundant. Favorites include the happy hours, balance classes, and veteran get togethers in addition to the many casual get togethers and conversations throughout the day. Rose Senior Living Avon is a great place and I am thankful for everyone at Rose - from the front desk, to the administrative, maintenance, nursing, culinary, physical therapy and activities staff members - who, on a daily basis, make this all possible. I highly recommend them!
