Not satisfied with the service here!!!! My mother was 71 staying here on hospice & her nurses were unfair to her!! She was unable to do things on her own such as taking care of herself /physically. I visited with her back & January 2020 she was there maybe 1 full month if that... She told me & a couple other family members they were being rude to her, bathing her very uncomfortably & rough, and also feeding her way too fast & way too much food for one bite.. Mind you my mother could not fully open her mouth due to dehydration & not really being able to eat regularly so they basically force fed her maybe 2-3 bites of her food daily!! No patients with my mom at all. It saddens me to know what she endured during her stay there at the Bradley Gardens Nursing Home. It’s Straight B.S they didn’t genuinely care for my mother & I know it!! I witnessed it with my own two eyes.. Then My mother suddenly passed away 1 month later back on February 8, 2020 💔💔💔💔 This facility failed/refused to give me any information about her passing being that I live out of state. Rest well mom Peggy Lee 💕

This place has made my Grandmother''s quality of life so much better. She just turned 90 and since moving to Bradley Gardens I would not be surprised if she hits triple digits. Of course there''s always something to complain about when it comes to our loved ones and sure I could do that. But it''s not necessary. Grandma is happy and that''s what is important to our family.
