Our Mother had lived in her home for 72 years where she loved to garden and decorate her house for every holiday, but at age 94 it as time to find her a home away from home. I had toured the Arbors in Dracut with Anne-Marie Sousa one year prior and knew it would be the perfect place for her (in addition to being 3 miles from my house). At this time in her life, it was also important that Hospice care coordination was available as one of the services the Arbors provided. Anne-Marie remembered me when I contacted her and within a matter of weeks our Mom was moved in. Although she missed her home, she made many friends during the last year of her life at the Arbors in Dracut. She enjoyed her elegant surroundings, the delicious meals in the dining room and her view from her second-floor apartment of the courtyard with its beautiful flowers and landscaping. She also looked forward to the daily activities, especially bingo and the singalongs where she sang loudly. We miss Mom every day, but have peace in knowing that we provided her with high-quality care in a beautiful environment during the last year of her life. We were extremely happy with the entire Arbors Staff for the compassion, level of attention and the love they showed her on a daily basis. I cannot say enough about the care our Mom received from the Arbors Nursing Staff and entire Hospice Staff during her stay, and especially how they handled the day she passed away with so much love, compassion and dignity. The Arbors at Dracut definitely comes highly recommended.

When it came time to move our mother into an assisted living facility after leaving her home of 60 years we knew we need look no further than The Arbors in Dracut. We have several friends who had family members there, and they had nothing but high praise for the facility, and the staff. As expected, my mother did not want to leave her home, so Anne Marie Sousa met with us, and explained that she could do a month-long stay to see how she liked it. This proved to be a great transition for my mother, as she did not know what to expect. That month-long stay made the decision an easy one for all of us. My mother has now been there for close to three years and we are so happy with our decision. Her apartment is always clean and well-maintained. The staff are so kind and gentle with her. They are very responsive whenever she needs anything. The management is top notch. She feels very at home there and we feel comfortable having her there. In summary, my family and I wholeheartedly recommend The Arbors in Dracut to anyone looking for a compassionate, well run, friendly and safe environment for their loved one.

We recently moved my mother into the Memory Care Unit at the Arbors. As you can imagine it was a very hard and emotional decision. I can honestly say that the entire staff has been absolutely wonderful. They have been kind and caring to my mother which really helped her to adjust to her new home. The Marketing Director, Ann Marie is so compassionate and supportive. She made the process so much less stressful and answered all my questions quickly and patiently. It makes the decision so much easier when you feel that your loved one is with a caring staff. They also have a new director of the Memory Care area (Adam) and he is absolutely the best. My mom immediately felt at ease with him. He fits perfectly into the culture there. They have a nurses on staff who are terrific and communicate extremely well. The actual facilities are beautiful and the activities are great. I would recommend the Arbors to anyone.

I have been exploring this residence for a family member and Anne Marie Sousa has been such a tremendous help throughout the process. She is a wealth of knowledge and so compassionate. If she didn''t have the answer she went and found it for me or pointed me toward the right resource even when it was beyond anything to do with The Arbors. She really went above and beyond in a process that is very overwhelming and stressful for caregivers.

We found ourselves having to make a really tough choice with our mom and Anne Marie was so compassionate and helpful that we were able to make the right decision for her. Since she moved in (about a year ago) the extraordinary care and compassion has continued. Not only is our mom happy, she is flourishing, something we had not anticipated! The entire staff have been amazing. I would definitely recommend trusting your loved one in the Dracut Arbors.

We looked into the Arbors of Dracut for three years. Ann Marie Sousa kept in touch with us throughout that period of time and was a wonderful help to us when it was time to move our parent to Assisted Living. It is a beautiful bright and caring home for our loved one. The decor is warm and inviting and the entire staff is loving and caring makes her feel like part of a family. Her apartment is perfect and roomy. Is cleaned weekly and assistance is provided for showers which is helpful. With the addition of a new activities director so many new things to do and little trips to take if you want. The first day a group of Residents were set up in advance to greet mom and show her around for several weeks. They now have become good friends. They have thought of everything to make this transition seem less. If you are looking for a safe friendly and homelike Assisted Living look no further, visit the Arbors. We checked out three and always came back to this one ❤️
