I spent the majority if not all of my SS back pay to be housed at this place and what have I received in return? poor care, sores all over my body and infections which have sent me to the ER several times Do your research!don’t let the astetics fool you this place is scored only one or two stars on other platforms they will tell you everything you want to hear but actions speak far louder than words! The quality of care is certainly lacking at Terra Bella like I said, Do the research!

Staff basically ignored my cries for help and refused to call 911 Ithey allowed a wound to bleed out for so long my BP dropped to 60/40 and I lost consciousness in the ambulance on the way to the hospital when I arrived to the emergency room I had lost so much blood I had to receive two blood transfusions You t when I returned to the facility my family called a meeting with administration to let them know it’s best to move me elsewhere and from what I was told , the attitudes were like oh well , good riddance. in the I really liked the facility and staff inthe beginning Now there are only a handful of nurses and aides where you can really tell that they are in this job for the right reasons, those ones I will truly miss and will carry on myappreciation for them showing me true compassion and how much they truly cared for my well being God Bless

Recently, the family and I decided to move my Father in this facility, and let’s just start by saying that the admissions director, Mrs.Marilyn Mitchell was absolutely loving, and welcoming. She explained everything throughout the facility so thoroughly, she always seems to go to the extra mile when it comes to the care of patients as well, even when we can’t reach anyone in the facility, she helps out with contacting someone with our concerns. The CNA Ms.Angela has been exceptionally wonderful with providing care for my dad, I must say we had doubts in the beginning, but Mrs.Mitchell assured us that choosing Terra Bella , we wouldn’t regret it, and there had not been any regrets since Admission day.
