I have been a resident of Terova Senior Living for just over a month now. I had a traumatic time leaving my home for health reasons, but am sooooo glad I am at Terova. I can't say enough about the variety of meals, the "restaurant" like meals, and the perfect proportions for me to finally start losing some weight. [name removed], the chef is always looking for ways to improve and is very kind and understanding with the residents. All the administrative staff work with lots of energy and care for the , residents. [name removed], [name removed](great activities leader), PT [name removed], and especially my initial contact ,[name removed], are so dedicated and caring and really work as a team. I am so happy that I chose Terova., glad I am here, safe and sound and in a wonderful environment.

Understanding that this is post covid, we have been more than patient with the issues they are having but it has been going way too long without any improvement. They have been having some problems with the food services. There have been times where residents are waiting an hour to get served and the food that comes out is not good quality or fresh. It is a beautiful facility and my dad is very happy with his room. The residents here do need a lot more care, he feels like it is hard to make friends or relate to other residents. It would be a better facility for individuals who need more care rather than independent living.

The independent wing was in lockdown. However, all outside employee interviews were conducted in the same building. No masks or hand cleaning. Hallways were not regularly wiped or disinfected. Horrible for Contamination. Moved our Mom out into another Unrelated Apartment where she is still protected but not subjected to nonsense. Chudnow New owners cleared out trained staff. A two star is a gift.

My stay at this facility was very short, thank goodness. The physical therapist are very good, but the rest of the staff and policies and procedures needs an overhaul. There were several occasions that I had to wait over 5 hrs to get pain medication or help to use the restroom. The staff complained of being understaffed or that the shift prior to theirs had not done their job. After just a day, I resorted to transporting myself to the restroom, dressing and taking care of personal hygiene myself. I am a very independent person, however I was supposed to be there, as it was deemed by the hospital, to receive assistance doing these things for safety purposes. I was lucky to leave there without further injury.
