The staff here is very rude and ignorant when addressing people! They do not know how to have proper customer service etiquette and treat you as if you were inconveniencing their life! When asked their name and to speak to their boss they like to get smart and then this their funny by giving you the wrong name and when you call back they hang up on you but before the phone clicks you can hear them in the back ground using improper slang words when they are referring to you calling. I wouldn’t recommend this facility at all! If they can talk to a stranger that could have potentially work there that way then how do you think they are treating your family members?
