Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice tour experience, they were all very nice and informative
Summer Village at Magnolia Place seemed dark and institutional, with gray walls. It almost gave me a hospital-like feeling. And were were looking for a much brighter and more homey environment.
Not the best in the world. It's there and does what it has to do. I have had issues and had to complain to address them. The issues seem to get worked out with time. They are short staffed as well and that doesn't help. My loved one seems to be doing ok.
The community is very clean, the staff are friendly and well organized and they do seem to care for their residents. The meals and dining service is great, our experience has been really good and the value for cost is great.
The Summer Village community has made our loved one get more socially involved which we very nice. So far our loved one has not complained about the food, so from our understanding its pretty good.
The community is very nice, but I never see the staff. I am very happy with the community but communication needs to be better. I would recommend this community to others
