Atria at River Trail looked very nice, very clean, and well-kept. It just looked like a luxury hotel to me, with a big foyer and stuff. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice. She took a lot of time, talked to me a lot, sold me quite a bit, and walked me around. The dining areas look nice. There was a small one, and a bigger one. They had a pretty big menu, and I didn't sample or see anything. I just saw some people snacking in what looked like a Starbucks coffee area. They had a playroom there, bowling on the Wii. Then there was exercise for the therapy room and stuff. The whole place was really big on keeping the seniors moving. Every room had a sign on it. It's like if you go in this room, you stretch your feet and if you go in this room, you stretch your arms, move your arms; there were little plaques. People are walking the hallways with physical therapists too. And they were all talking and joking with each other. The facility looked very nice. They had an outdoor place they could be, balcony-like and with views.

My father is currently a resident at Atria at River Trail. The move in process was great, they opened the back door and we moved everything in. The staff is great, everyone is very helpful saying hello answering questions and if they don't know they find out. It's very clean at Atria River Trail and my father's room is always spotless when the housekeepers leave. Communication with the family is great and the nurses keep in touch with me. My father says that the food is very good and that the portions are large. I would definitely recommend Atria at River Trail to other people going through the same thing that I had to do. They were very nice, they helped us and answered questions, they made it very easy and made us feel comfortable.
Read moreWhat we like the most about the Atria at River Trail are the people, they are really nice. Both residents living there and the staff workers are very kind. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.
We toured here and liked it since it had what I think we could probably use someday. The staff who accommodated me was Renee, and she did a good job. The units were small apartments. There were a variety of apartments. The building is five years old. They were on top of the list.
The staff are friendly at this facility. Communication with the family has been okay. The food seems to have good quality and variety. It's been a good experience for us so far. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
