Very lucky to have been pointed towards Stoney Point. The level of compassion and attentiveness that has been given to my family member is well beyond expectations. I am very relaxed now seeing how he is cared for and from witnessing the support he receives, not only from the staff, but from other residents as well. This is an excellent team here. Also has a spacious and peaceful outdoor area where the staff plays music and dances, hoops shooting and other games so the residents have the ability to move around and remain entertained.

I wish there was a no-stars rating. I had a friend at this facility. They refused to do anything about mentally ill residents deliberately going into her cubicle (three beds to a room—horrible design and not at all privacy-friendly). My friend, after a stay of several months, is finally out of there, but is still having nightmares about her space being invaded at all hours of the day and night by someone who the staff could not control. This person made threats and caused physical and emotional harm. My friend tried to meet with the administrator, who refused to see her. The nursing staff and social workers were basically useless, with their hands tied due to coronavirus and resident rights regulations. My friend also left multiple messages for the facility ombudsman, who never returned calls. I would never place my loved one at this facility because of the dangerous residents. I would love to hear from someone at the facility about this, but I’m not holding my breath.

My grandma was here for rehabilitation after breaking her hip and femur. Though a few of the nurses were helpful and kind, the overall experience was unfortunately unacceptable. From being stuck outside upon arrival in a medical transport due to the entire facility being locked to mentally declining patients wandering into private rooms, the experience did not live up to the presentation.

My overall experience here was just fine. I would like to recognize Leela and Uriel for being such a big help and caring for me. I wish i could take them with me. Thank you do the Nursing department for all your help.
