One star isn''t enough. Abuse is rampant through this building. As someone who recently quit, believe me when I say the nurses or staff do not care about your family. The DON and risk management manager are husband and wife, and everyone in a position of power is related by blood or relationship, meaning things often get swept under the rug. When the staff (me) would come to the nurses about bruises on the residents, the nurses would lie on reports and sweep it under the rugs. There was also rats in the building as well as random rooms and ceilings caving down and families were not notified despite residents being in iniment danger. Please don''t send your families here.
