Don't go there. They received 18 citations 2023 alone. They don't want rehab. They want easy $$ to long term to harm more, not help. Avoid!!
We had a ba experience in this facility, my sister is about 170lbs, 66 in tall but ordered a child’s wheelchair. I don’t know what they are doing. I don’t know if they really know how to take care of their patients 😩😩😩

Worst place ever brought my mom in for rehab to get her walking first night she fell out of bed split her head open and to go to ER cost 300 out of pocket. After one week doctor said discharge she needs to be in a wheel chair. Found her in the hallway everyday they said that’s the only way to watch her. Feed her dried up sandwiches for dinner. Yet others are hot meals. They also had staff with Covid could not move her out tried to get more rehab from Medicare which they denied based on Stanford’s notes. She left with an inr over 5 gave to much warfarin. She is walking using a walker. Thank god I got her out. Very poor quality of care

Although many of the lesser paid employees treated me well, attended to my needs and tried to help me during my stay, that is not enough. Registered nurses that give the WRONG medication, wrong doses, even someone else''s medication...I could go on about this. If you have a relative or even yourself...
Although many of the lesser paid employees treated me well, attended to my needs and tried to help me during my stay, that is not enough. Registered nurses that give the WRONG medication, wrong doses, even someone else''s medication...I could go on about this. If you have a relative or even yourself that must go to a care center after a hospital stay, please be sure to check on them on a DAILY basis. Do not come at the same time each day, rather surprise visits are always the best. Check out not only what they are being served as a meal, but whether or not you would eat it yourself. Find out if you can check their medications that they are being given. I wish I would have had my spouse check for me, because they would have a hard time refuting someone from the outside checking for me. Please be diligent in keeping a watchful eye on your loved ones, as sometimes a mistake in medication can very easily cost someone their very life.

Employees have to remind their Supervisors when it is time for their annual review, otherwise they will not make it a priority to give it to the employees on time. Annual reviews have been consistently late (months overdue) for a few years. How do they expect their employees to feel valued and respected when there is not a specific annual review plan in place to sit down and meet annually with their long term dedicated employees to discuss future goals, compensation and etc. This company seems to be more for profit than making sure their dedicated employees are happy. If this is not the case, then I recommend the CEO/Owner perform an audit and review their payroll records and annual review records. By doing so, this will give them a glimpse of the employees who are overdue for their annual raises, annual reviews and underpaid employees for King County. If you want to fix the turnover rate, start by showing appreciation for your dedicated employees by performing timely annual reviews and compensating comparably to the surrounding market.
