I have edited my review. The nurses and CNAs and kitchen staff are great. Rehab director Amiee is amazing and her team too is great. I would recommend my family to JP. Its a clean facility However the management does not seem to care about staff If staff are not happy residents and families are not happy. My dad has been looking for the Director of nursing Jeniffer for a while but she is rarely in her office or barely see residents. Floor staff reported that she comes in the morning after stand up meeting she carries her jacket goes to smoke and eat or hang outdoors then towards end of the day she comes and picks her handbag and leaves. The social worker in 3rd floor is lazy. Melissa is Always carrying foods from the barristro and directs all questions to Reyna who seems overwhelmed. Melissa and Jeniffer is very rude to floor staff . Thats the main reason i cant give 5* . Jonathan is a good listener

Transitioning family members to a new home etc. Upon discharge recieved empty medication cards, plastic pill crushing packet with medication and sloppy hand writing supposedly indicating what that medication is. Discharge medication list did not match medications given at facility and missing medication all together. Very unprofessional and not to mention dangerous.
