Bad management they fired me without a reason and they are not organized
HORRIBLE... My grandmother was there after a surgery for physical therapy for a few months. This is a horrible place to put you loved ones they are extremely dirty and have no care about anyone there. The staff are lazy and provide NO help when the patients are trying to learn this we take for grant...
HORRIBLE... My grandmother was there after a surgery for physical therapy for a few months. This is a horrible place to put you loved ones they are extremely dirty and have no care about anyone there. The staff are lazy and provide NO help when the patients are trying to learn this we take for granted (walking, eating, using the restroom). My grandmother was humiliated in front of other people and patients. It was so bad we placed a camera in her room for if someone couldn''t stay. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone that you love.

Hello Everyone - *REHAB transition for our Father - s/p ORIF R Hip w/ Weightbearing status You are reading this to gain some insight on making a decision for your loved one. Making sure this review is for the REHAB center (3rd Floor). Transition from Hospital Center care was established and to make sure you have a plan for that day - transport to this location is done by AMR - stretcher, right to the room. The receiving staff was SPOT on and very busy during the 4:00pm - 6:00pm time with paperwork, etc. The hospitality of ALL staff was with Integrity, Service, and Excellence. We were allowed to make accommodations to the room with TV''s, Lift chairs, and pictures to hang up on the wall. 4/7/22 - 4/9/22 - is fantastic. I will continue to update the stay as time goes on. The other accommodations is the WiFi Signal is 4 bars. and i worked from the room and connected no problem, and used Microsoft teams and did not have any issues with video chat, conf calls, etc. 4/13/22 - Nursing Staff is great - (Charles, RN) has been outstanding with my father-in laws care. In addition to the CNA''s - everyone has been engaged with his needs

A few things. One the residents are not being properly cared for! Please check on your families and also if you have family looking into this facility I would look elsewhere. I would give zero stars but that’s not an option so I give a 1! I am and agency staff who was not paid for the shift so cnas and nurses beware! Also. The place is unclean, people are working with Covid ! I had a positive test and they did not tell me instead waited until I was gone to mention it. So now all of the residents and staff I contacted was affected. I feel horrible and disgusting but again I should have been made aware of my positive test! The staff is rude and everyone is hard to find. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews they give incentives and gift cards for those.
