Front desk is so rude and unhelpful..... I witnessed a delivery driver ask for information about the community for a potential new resident and the lady at the from desk didn''t seem interested to help other than handing her a book and she explained she was making a delivery for an important item for a resident that was out of town for 2 days when the driver explained it was very important and they would not be able to receiver with the upcoming holiday the front desk didn''t care and said she is gone for a 2 days and to take it back... is this how they treat their people? Is ur loved one getting their important mail? The lady couldn''t have cared less. I hope it gets worked out our seniors are yhe back bones that built our country
