Had the pleasure of touring the facility and I was very impressed. Ms. Samantha was professionally personable, and was able to answer my questions. Upon entering the facility I noticed that there was no odor which is often the case in some facilities, No odor, professional, personable, staff to client ratio visible, and clean, and the fact that many of the staff have been there in excess of 10 plus years is a positive especially for upper management. When having to place our loved one in the care of others family members want to be at peace and know that it is a collaborative effort . Blessings
