Worst place ever, the smell is overwhelming and just had a friends Dad so mistreated there he had to be transported to Murray Hospital,he passed 😓
They have been the cause of loss for so many families. We must advocate for our elderly. They will not be treated well here. Please do your research.
Nursing staff are great but they are understaffed. The big problem is the office staff and administration. Their mismanagement ended up creating a sizable bill, then tried to blame us and make us feel guilty even though we had written proof it was there mistake. Administration refused to speak to me...

When I walk into the building, I am greeted with a smile and you can really feel the positive atmosphere. When I have a concern regarding a family member at the facility the new DON always has an answer for me and fixes any issues that I have. The administration does a wonderful job interacting with the residents when she sees them in the hallway. She has also done a great job with the new improvements. The new paint on the building really makes a difference in the facility. She is also pushing to get the memory care unit done so they can get everything open for that. I am just all around impressed with the facility and all of the staff. Everyone is so welcoming when you enter the building and you can see care that the nurses have for their residents. Everyone is treated like family.
