This place is nasty they don''t serve the right foods or barely any at all there are mice and human urine in rooms for new patients to deal with until the rooms get cleaned if at all THE STAFF IS OBNOXIOUSLY RUDE TO PATIENCE AND FAMILY MEMBERS and if you didn''t have something in your system before ...

This place is nasty they don''t serve the right foods or barely any at all there are mice and human urine in rooms for new patients to deal with until the rooms get cleaned if at all THE STAFF IS OBNOXIOUSLY RUDE TO PATIENCE AND FAMILY MEMBERS and if you didn''t have something in your system before you got there you will leave with a disease like my family member did They don''t change wound packs when they need to and this place should be shut down I will be calling the news stations and health departments soon....

My sister lived here for many years. It was always a battle to reach her by phone and never any communication from staff. My sister died there unexpectedly at 60 years old. We received no explanation. When I arrived to get her belongings there was nothing. Where did her things go? So disrespectful....

My sister lived here for many years. It was always a battle to reach her by phone and never any communication from staff. My sister died there unexpectedly at 60 years old. We received no explanation. When I arrived to get her belongings there was nothing. Where did her things go? So disrespectful. .Donot allow anyone to stay at this facility. It needs to be reported to the Ct board of health and many others. It saddens me to write this review. More so that my sister was treated so poorly.

To even give this place 1 star is generous. Sent here for IV Antibiotics. Upon my arrival the elevators were full so they took me down a service hallway and after bumping my stretcher into a cardboard box in the hall two cockroaches come running out. To even give this place 1 star is generous. Sent here for IV Antibiotics. Upon my arrival the elevators were full so they took me down a service hallway and after bumping my stretcher into a cardboard box in the hall two cockroaches come running out. That should have been enough for me to run away (or rather wheelchair away) but of course I stay. I then am left in a room for 5.5 hours with my property waiting to be searched, and no one telling me anything. I wasn''t brought any paperwork, I wasn''t welcomed, I wasn''t anything. They just stuck me in some room until I came out and started asking questions. After sorting out my intake I ask about my meds. I am told they are coming. I stay that night, and the next and upon waking on day 3 I notice that I am very sick. I won''t go into details but it''s a kind of sick that is actually a little disgusting. I am told the nurse will be right with me. I am repeatedly given this response over the next 6 hours every time I ask for her. Finally I end up calling 911 myself to get back to the hospital and far away from there. I am informed at the hospital that they missed enough medication that I had slipped back into being nearly as ill as my original arrival at the hospital weeks prior.

This place sucks. Chelsea Place Is The Nursing Home From HELL. Mice & Roaches everywhere, They left a dead man in his room over night. No wellness checks.
