Facility is decent. The DON of the facility is horrible. Very unprofessional & rude to the family members & even to her staff. The staff is AMAZING. Front desk greats you coming & going. Nurses , CNAs , Speech therapists , RTs , kitchen & custodians are GREAT !!! Despite the so call management. Something must be done regarding the DON & soon.
Read moreMy spouse was there for 2weeks and that was enough Believe me. To be able to leave this place took an outside Doctors discharge order. Physical Therapy was good to excellent, but the other care… especially at nighttime was overwhelmingly bad, due to being poorly understaffed.
Since they changed ownership, this place took a nosedive. Inattentive/ no compassion nurses and cna''s, subpar facility, always low on supplies and meds. How are they still able to stay open?
Charlotte the receptionist acts like she's the owner. She's rude and jealous of someone younger and educated. She's insecure so she's sarcastic.
