We picked this community for our loved one, because of the proximity, cost, sales person, and willingness to adjust the price. I would recommend although they still need kinks worked out regarding daily personal care.

[name removed] insights and empathy put my heart at ease because I knew I could no longer have Mom safely at home. WoodCreek Bend Memory Care is special. I am so grateful for Director [name removed] leading by example in how the team provides the most humane, loving and Christian care of the patients. I admired the teams' knowledge of working with memory care patients and I learned so much from them just by watching their seamless teamwork and the joy they exuded. More than one staff member told me this kind of work is a calling. My mother passed in an atmosphere of love and peace surrounded by her family and all of us lovingly supported by this incredible staff. God bless each of you at WoodCreek Bend Memory Care.

They were very open to feedback and management was always available to talk. They cared about each resident and got to know them individually. They have a good grasp of memory care requirements. They do a good job of keeping the residents involved in daily activities. Improvements: The facility is slightly dated, but I understand they are scheduled to update. As with all of these facilities, some of the staff is much better than others, but management addressed issues quickly. I recommend visiting as often as possible, staff seems to be more attentive when they know family is visiting often. They could also benefit from hiring some additional help as some residents require some additional support.

WoodCreek Bend is an excellent facility. The staff are really nice people. My loved has been having some medical issues that are causing him to act up, but they've been really great with him.
I am currently looking for a place for my father and toured this community. The people are so warm and caring. The residents look happy and cared for. I M in the process of trying to get our VA info together so that we can move forward.
