I’d give a negative rating if I could. DO NOT BRUNG YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. If you care about your family member do not bring them here. The staff are bullies and don’t take care of their patients. The head nurse, Nora I believe her name was, she was nasty to our family constantly and treated my grandfather horribly. They did not even check on him at all. He was supposed to have an alarm on his bed because he’s a fall risk. HE FELL THREE TIMES IN HIS FIRST 2 DAYS. They called my grandmother and chastised her for him falling. They called at 3 am to yell at her because THEY let him fall. He ended up in the hospital because he ripped his catheter out on accident and they didn’t even call us to tell us. We didn’t even know until we went in the next day to see him. The place is nasty and not cleaned unless there is someone auditing them. Then when we moved grandpa to a better place the head nurse rolled her eyes and started talking bad about the place we were taking him. Absolutely worst place you could take your loved one. They don’t even have their health grade on their doors because it’s so nasty there
Read morePlace is very old and in need of much repair. Leaks from ceiling in room relative is in. Crowded in room and offers little to raise up the residents spirits. Staff per residents is at maximum allowed.
Facility is really old not in the greatest shape but is clean upper management is very poor but most of the workers are great. There is not a whole lot of activities for the residents either .
Very professional staff. All team players from Administration down!! It says alot when your "management" are helping out on the units.
People have been very professional and caring thus far. They have answered all of my questions.
