The staff is fantastic but I had my wallet stolen. When it disappeared nobody really did anything. They just said it was my responsibility. Kind of disheartening.
This place almost killed me as they did not want to purchase my HIV Medication because it was to expensive. The nurses are subpar at best and they all have attitudes. This place was the worst hospital I have ever been to and I do t recommend it to anyone.
All the nurses at the hospital where very nice and helpful the whole time I was there.

I would say my experience at this hospital was overall above satisfactory expectations from the majority of hospitals in the greater Los Angeles area that mainly serve lower income/hmo/medical patients. My grandpa was recently admitted from Verdugo Hills for specific analysis due to a major fall. As every hospital is backed up and overly stressed and booked some analysis was delayed and grandpa had to stay for longer days. However, I came in contact with the nurses and every specialist who put hands on my grandpa. Drs maintained communication over the phone and the nurses were very attentive and careful. They seemed a bit unorganized at one point but it’s normal due to the nature of patients who may or may need extra attention than others. I was very informed and all my questions as a patient where addressed. I would give them 5 stars for their great care but parking sucks and security is “ok” just make sure you bring an ID and verifiable vaccine and boosters. Also, the place needs some work and could be made cleaner and rooms could do better AC system and higher maintenance.
