That''s what residents tell me, Memory care food is far inferior, to the assisted living section which should be a crime. I rarely see anything with nutritional value on the plates, no salads or fruit. Just the same refried "coconut shrimp, grilled cheese or hockey puck meatballs and chicken fingers. Please, feed those in memory care some nutrition, please! Almost everyone leaves their food barely touched and become frail. These people are giving you their life savings and need good nutrition as elders. Very compassionate workers, but I''m sure residents would trade in the beautiful decor for meals they could look forward to. Corporate needs to tend to this. Would be so appreciated by residents!

My parents live there from January 2021 until December 2023. The food was terrible and the accounting was just the same. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 months and there has been no success. The programing went down hill fast. It seems as if they couldn''t keep a program direct for more than 6 months. The administration turn over was quite high. At least 3 director over a 3 year period. I hope at some point they can get their act together to make it the 5 star facility it claims to be. For the amount of money the residents pay it should be.

Although the staff is A+, corporate does nothing to provide residents what they promised regarding transportation. Been waiting 3 years to get the reliable transport services to “go where they want within 10 miles’. Don’t believe it! They drive to doctor appointments, but only on Tuesdays… Well that was until this week when they lost their only driver and their solution, because they have no back up, is to tell residents to take Lyft or Pace and they have to pay for it. Driver and activity director now gone AGAIN.

We toured Silver Glen Senior Living and it was a great tour and a great facility! Everyone was friendly and engaging during our tour. They were also very informative!
