When I entered, the lady at the front desk had a smile for me and kindly told me where to go to reach the person I wanted to see. In the hallway, another worker explained how to get the protective gown and gloves. There seemed to be a good team working to care for very sick people.
We visited an elderly friend at River Crossing and observed how attentive and kind the staff were, especially Paul, one of the rehab. nurses.
Every visit to River Crossing gets better and better. I am truly grateful for all the therapy my mom receives, but it is more than that. Every visit to River Crossing gets better and better. I am truly grateful for all the therapy my mom receives, but it is more than that. There are so many caring nurses who giver her great care from medical to personal care. Today I showed up and she was eating cake to celebrate her 84th birthday and all August birthdays and the activity director was so helpful and personal. Finishing out visit in the warm sun was amazing as the staff at River Crossing always has her in the common areas where she can mingle with the residence. I couldn’t be more pleased with this facility and would hope others not staying here would give this facility a serious look. Thank you to all from the front desk to the administrator and all the nurses and other therapy and activity staff for making this a great experience for my mom!

I was visiting a friend and all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. They genuinely cared about the patient.
Friendly and helpful front desk staff all 3 times I visited. They answered all my questions and made sure I knew where I needed to go to visit Mr Merzig.
