This is my second stat here at Signature East, there is improvement compare to my last stay, which mean they are going in the right direction, everyone is friendly, therapy is phenomenal, East is always my first choice.

I have been here at Signature East Louisville for almost a year now. I came in with 12 yrs experience in the healthcare field but never have I worked in a long term residential facility. The crazy part is I started during the start of the pandemic as a staffing coordinator, which alone is a challenging position. Not a lot of people wanted to work or could work due to challenges with child care, not wanting to get sick, etc. This only made my East team stronger. I can honestly say my team is willing to help anywhere that there is a need for help. The CNA’s and Nurse’s pick up shifts on their days off, worked longer hours, even down to the department heads working on the floor. Anything to assure the safety of our Residents. I’ve even witnessed administration and leaders taking off their heels and putting on tennis shoes to help serve and clean in the kitchen. I myself am thankful to be apart of East because they’ve given me the opportunity to be in a leadership roll. I was excited when I started but nervous at the same time. Keeping a facility staffed is such a huge responsibility but my leaders and peers told me they wouldn’t let me fail. There is so much opportunity to grow within the company and I’m so proud to be apart of this team. The residents have become family and we treat them as such. This is their home and we strive everyday to keep them comfortable and happy. Everyday is rewarding here, I love working at Signature. Best job ever! ❤️🤞🏾💯
