01/12/2024- update to the review below: after seeing my review I was contacted by the Administrator. We had a meeting with all the dept. heads for my mom. The meeting went very well, and so far they are sticking to the plan for mom going forward. It is also worth noting that the rehabilitation team is very good. They are caring and very patient with mom. Not ready to change my rating, first need to be sure the proper care continues. Thank you to the team for listening to my concerns and addressing them immediately. **** Very disappointed in this place. Short staffed and the staff that is there is rude at times. Food is terrible not a balanced diet. Macaroni, mashed potatoes, and beef. No veges. Nothing to drink. Today''s lunch. If you come down with covid you are moved to a different room and quarentined, then you are neglected. There is a MAJOR LACK of communication between the employees as well as the families. Supposed to give weekly reports to the family, going on a month now never received one report. Extremely disappointed need to come everyday to be sure mom is taken care of properly. I keep notes on everything.
