This facility should be shut down. It is filthy. On two separate occasions money was “missing” from a patient. If you want a place to park a family member and forget about them, this is the place.
The staff is friendly but are not properly trained. Oversight of residents is minimal. The cleanliness is beyond horrible

The DON Mary is very rude and condescending. We had a mutual patient receiving home health services and Mary would call our office yelling and hollering over the phone acting extremely unprofessional and calling us "LIARS". I've never met someone in healthcare so unprofessional as her and wouldn't want my loved one to stay here if she is in charge.

The apartment was a four out of five, and the dining area was nice. I just didn't like the feel of it. They were doing some remodeling when I visited.

I worked with a 3 party for this company please do not move your love ones to Seaside Manor. The administrator Elizabeth attitude is rude and disgusting. She takes all the company money spends it on her family, does not do anything she’s suppose to do for the residents. They have only 2 washer in the entire building they are infested with roaches, bed bugs and ants. She hates the residents talks about them to everyone. She is so rude to her staff even the residents see her talking disrespectful to everyone. She has brought in all her family members to work. Elizabeth husband is the Manager of maintenance, he cheats on her and walks around the building with nothing to do but lie on the workers. Carol in HR department is lazy and cheats you out of your pay she takes hours away from your check. They are so short of staff so you make overtime but then when you receive your check it is incorrect. They can not keep workers or residents. Seaside Manor Alzheimer uint on the second floor aka Harmony Cove it is disgusting has mold smells like feces as soon as you get off the elevator the residents does not have the proper care because Elizabeth refuses to order the proper essentials. Workers have to buy hygiene products for memory care residents. The Hispanic housekeeper does nothing but walks around and gossip no cleaning. The building is ran down only thing looks nice is the dinning room. The nurse assistant Mary is always stealing the residents medication then clamming a Med Tech or Care aid took it. Their med tech workers Teresa and Alycia aka Lisa smokes weed on their break. The kitchen cook manager never uses gloves or hair nets, the kitchen has to use buckets under the sinks because of the leaks in the kitchen, they give the residents faucet water and the water machine they have they full it up with faucet water and lets the residents drink at their leisure. They owe money to the food truck company, so they are always getting outdated food. MORAL OF THE STORY DO NOT MOVE YOUR LOVE ONES TO SEASIDE MANOR!!!!!!! AS OF RIGHT NOW HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GET THE RIGHT PEOPLE IN THERE.
