Yesterday, I visited my aunt here , and I was impressed by how clean and organized it is compared to the ones I''ve seen in the past. My aunt is particularly pleased with the level of cleanliness in this rehab facility. Who ever is inchared of the cleaning committee you''re doing a phenomenal job we need more of the nursing homes odor free and cleaned like this one pleasent atmosphere .
Read moreThe facility was kept clean. My mother''s nurse was great. But some trifling person stole my mother''s personal needs property 4 times. I reported it after the 4th time though. They didn''t attempt to find out who was doing the stealing they just acknowledged my theft complaint.
One of the bright and shining stars at Oak Manor is Sharda!! She has been an Angel to my father and a godsend to me anytime I have needed assistance. She is a gem and Oak Manor is blessed she works for them as she is passionate about people!
Been at the facility for two weeks environmental team has gone above and beyond to make sure the room was clean comfortable and relaxing. A special thanks to the team leader who took personal responsibility in ensuring everything met clients expectation.
I will never ever go thete again or recommend anyone to go there. They put a pressure point injury on the back of my thigh and did a lousy job of treating it where l had to to back to the hispital because it was so infected. A few of the staff were real nice the nurses were horrible.
My Dad (Carl) has been here for a year. The Staff has been so kind and caring to my Dad, our family, and myself. Anytime we have asked for any assistance or information they have immediately helped out. I''m very thankful my Dad is in this facility.
