Second rehab,wife attended. Excellent service and care.Staff was caring. Wife was there for in house rehab. I felt she was taking care of,while I was at work.It was such a relief not worrying like in past home. There is quality healthcare rehab homes out there.Str ongly recommend for your loved ones...

Employees here are very caring. They take the time to try and understand my mom, who has expressive aphasia. The few times there have been an issue it is resolved in a respectful manner. Employees here are very caring. They take the time to try and understand my mom, who has expressive aphasia. The few times there have been an issue it is resolved in a respectful manner. When the employees are cheerful and say hi to my mom her face lights up and that’s not something people do because of their pay, it’s something they do because they care. The garden is peaceful and beautiful and there are places nearby to visit without having to drive. There are many activities for the residents, including concerts and singing. Even during the pandemic the employees are working hard to care for residents and try to keep them happy during this hard time of isolation.
Read moreFather in law stayed here. Jeanine in admissions made it a smooth transition from hospital stay. Staff is very friendly and facility is so clean. He had a private room and rehab helped get him back on his feet. We were very pleased and our minds eased.
Because of the wonderful care at Nazareth Rehab we also had our Dad use it for rehab. I would use it if I needed rehab. The staff care and love their patients. Thanks for the great job.
