I have worked at Roseville Care Center since 2011 and can honestly say that the staff, managers and Administrator at this facility truly care about the patients and their families. Our Administrator and DON are very responsive. I look forward to coming to work every day!

This place needs to have its license revoked do not send your family here. They basically shipped my mom to the car in a wheelchair with no updates on here condition after they kept her an extra week and would never discuss the lab results. Even more shocking anyone could of walked in and took here home, why? They didnt check my ID and I did not sign any release papers like you typically would at other facilities. Now my mom has no idea where she is at and can barely even stand when three weeks ago she was there for swollen ankles and coherent. And like the other reviewer the front staff was rude and when you called it went no where. Also lets not forget there covid rules. Two times i walked in to see my mom then a week later i had to be double boosted on top of my vaccination card i showed them with the N95 mask they provided. Stop playing God when people have loved ones in need.....

I stayed there this Friday night only. After checking in I found out there was no administration on the weekend, no physical or occupational therapy on the weekend and I just had had shoulder surgery. I needed help which wasn’t available so I checked out the next day and came home. The blankets weren’t even put on the bed, the bathrooms were filthy, and when I needed help I walked down to the nurses station and ask for it because even with my light on help didn’t come. I would not recommend this place

Roseville care center is awful! There were quite a few times when I would go to visit my mom and have to help change her because she was soaked and complaining to me about being wet, her bed and her room smelled of urine there was also things all over the floor that my mother probably threw on the floor because she has dementia, and it was not cleaned up. Very hot days they put sweatpants and sweatshirts on her and she was complaining of being hot. On another occasion my daughter-in-law pushed the nurses button to call for someone to get help and nobody came for 45 minutes. My mother got bedsores while she was there she was treated mean, talked to mean. The social services made many mistakes and they’re very rude. Administrator is rude and ignorant. It’s a horrible place so I brought her home .. I wouldn’t put my loved one there if I were you -you will regret it.. Her room was always dirty, the staff was obviously overwhelmed because they were never available, she didn’t have a phone available and she had a very tiny space in a room with 2 other people, one of which could not speak English and she was ignored and constantly yelling and crying! It was sad I would help her.. When I would call it took An act of Congress to get my mother on the phone. Every time I would go there she was just sleeping and could barely stay awake the food was awful the staff just was not available I don’t recommend this place to anyone I really hope people learn from these reviews!!!

I have to say I have never been treated so well at any medical facility I''ve ever been in. I have been a patient here at the Roseville Care Center since this last Saturday, 4/23/22. The whole experience has been totally first class. My Doctors, nurses, CNAs, therapy staff, and even the custodial staff are a pleasure to be around. Their interaction with me and each other is making my stay here amazing. The management and staff of this facility sould be complimented for a job well done. Sitting here, I look forward to many weeks to go before my femur will heal enough for me to walk again and go home. Thank you one and all for your dedicated commitment to do your jobs at a level far exceeding the norm. Sincerely Richard E. Ottis, Sr. Vietnam Veteran Retired Executive Director, 2000-2002 Vietnam Veterans National Memorial Angel Fire, New Mexico
