I have met a few of the employees when I went there for a mobile notary appt. and they are all so sweet. The place is clean and beautifully decorated for holidays. They have a holiday tree that was decorated for Easter which was absolutely gorgeous. (I wish I got a picture) 🍊🧡
My dad passed away almost SIX months ago and they still owe me money back. They refuse to return my calls, etc. My mom has repeatedly gone by there, left notes, etc. with ZERO response. There is NO staff working there! GOOD LUCK EVER GETTING AHOLD OF ANYONE THERE FOR ANY ISSUES!!!
This place is by far the best they go above and beyond as if it were their own family member. Accommodating in every way. Very happy my grandmother is here

My father has been a resident now since Aug. 1st.. The activities director is on leave indefinelty which leaves the residents with mostly canceled activities with to do. His care seems average with no major issues. I called the exedutive director on Friday Sept 6th. 2019. She was not in.Ii left ...

She was not in.Ii left a detailed message on her voicemail for a callback to discuss a few issues. She never called back as of Sept 19th. I will update my review if that should change. Oct 5, 2019, father having problems with getting staff assistance when showering. He asked for assistance with getting a shower today (it''s been over a week since his last bath) and was told there wasn''t enough staff to help and to bath in the sink. He called me and I helped him with the shower. He complained about the shower base being so slippery. It was and is unusable and unsate in its present condition. I complained nicely to staff and gave them a note showing my concern. The staff person said that I should go to walmart and buy something to fix it myself! I asked her to pass the note onto the executive director for some sort of action. Wil update if that ever happens.
