August 24, 2022 what can I say I am so grateful my dad is here for staff is wonderful my dad had a stroke and he was in Riverside community Hospital it was horrible horrible horrible care thank God the Villa had a bed open for him the physical therapy Thomas Bryant the nurses Roxanne Anita moment you walk in the front door you are great it was such love and respect I hope my dad gets to continue to stay here and learn how to walk again and talk thank you for everything that you’ve done for my family it’s only been a couple days but we have faith we are so grateful to all of you to all the nurses to everybody thank you thank you for saving my dad’s life Robert Melnyk and his daughter Christine Williams God bless everyone of you for helping us out and it’s crucial time

The people at villa healthcare were fantastic for me. Spent 2 months there. . cant say enough about the staff. Thanks for all your help. Im now fully back to my old onry self. Fully mobile ..Thanks again .

When she was able to stand up and go herself. She jist needed help. She was in so much pain and the nurses were mocking her. Laughing at her from the nurses station where she could hear them. This place is 100% awful!!!!!

I am currently sitting outside my dads roo. Waiting a hour for the nurse he called to help him so I can get some info. He has 2 nephroscopy tubes in and one hasnt been draining for over a week and they have done nothing. They cant get his IV to work yhe IV that is suppose to be hydrating his kidneys so instead of figuring it out they mute the alarm so they arent bothered, then a nurse tells him his IV machine hasnt been cleaned......what. the staff is rude and not helpful. Dont send your loved ones here. I will be filing a complaint and try to get their accreditation taking away. This place a disgrace
