Both of my parents were at Rolling Green. My father had a hip replacement, twice because the staff allowed his wound to become infected. During covalence, they were so rough with him he had bruises. They were severely understaffed, both before and during the pandemic. We had to remove our mother and bring her home (at considerable cost) because she wasn’t being given her meds or food during the pandemic. The staff was pleasant but COVID kept ragging through the facility because they refused to wear masks. Overall we found this facility a great disappointment designed to exploit the needs of elder care and deliver profits to their investors.

I have been working here 5 years and I think this is a wonderful place. The housekeeping staff is great and it always smells wonderful. The DON and nursing staff are great. There is always enough supplies for care. I welcome anyone to join our team!

The village is nice. But while picking up food for my grandfather, the dining area has Fox News on nearly every screen. No higher rating until you stop feeding my venerable loved ones fascist propaganda while we eat. My grandfather has queer loved ones -- and during the time I was there, the propaganda was about the "danger" his beloved grandchildren pose to society. Unacceptable. Stop feeding our elderly a steady drip of brain poison.
