This place is absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. My brother was there briefly. The staff had NO IDEA why he was even there! As an RN myself, I can’t understand nursing staff not knowing what diagnoses a patient has! His belly was very distended and he was getting agitated. My niece had him sent to the ED-they sent him to the WRONG hospital. Drained his bladder for nearly 4000mls!! So, obviously, they weren’t checking his output in his Foley bag. The facility is filthy and the staff could care less about the residents. Y’ALL ARE GETTING PAID TO DO A JOB! GET OFF YOUR PHONES AND DO IT. Should be shut down. I’m unable to give zero or negative stars so that’s the only reason for one star.

Horrible place to work. Constantly new DON at every turn, literally. Can’t keep anyone as UD or ADON and very frequent administrator changes. Literally has had like 10+ DON’s alone within last 2 years and it keeps getting worse and worse. Staff is like a revolving door. Mostly rely on agency as they treat regular staff so terrible like they are just disposable garbage and management will treat staff differently for issues depending on the person and if they personally like them or not. Management will make up blatant lies about staff as well, personally witnessed way too many times. Staff is often very minimal. Facility is extremely dirty in general, you can see with your own eyes upon arrival. Far too often have residents escape as wander guard system doesn’t work properly, yes I’ve witnessed this myself. Food is often something you have to tear apart to attempt to tell what it even is. They have staff and even husbands of staff members bring in snacks when state shows up since facility often doesn''t provide them at all for residents. Wish I was joking. It is so sad.
