Under the current administration, I can't recommend this place. I've lived here 6 years, the last 2 years it's owned by a company called Mosaic and they've renamed it River Park. At first it was a good place to live, but some new administration a wrecked it. The staff are overworked and stressed ...
Under the current administration, I can't recommend this place. I've lived here 6 years, the last 2 years it's owned by a company called Mosaic and they've renamed it River Park. At first it was a good place to live, but some new administration a wrecked it. The staff are overworked and stressed out. Sometimes there's only one assistant working and we have over 50 rooms. I doubt it's even legal for them to operate with such a small staff. On River Park's website you'll read verbiage such as "We are a resident-centered community with staff dedicated to an incredible and loving experience for residents and families alike." I wish this was true. I can only hope that those responsible for the distinctly unloving atmosphere will be moving on soon. Personally, I can deal with these undesirables, but I would be heart-broken if I knew my mom or grandma had to endure them. This review was written in February 2022, I'll update it as needed, hopefully with .some good news.
