My mom has been a resident for about three weeks and has loved every minute! She is only there for short term rehab but she is not looking forward to leaving. She has loved every staff member from the nurses, physical therapists, aids and even the cooks! All she talks about are what good meals she has had! She has gotten close to some that work with her and misses them dearly on their days off. Her room is spacious and always clean right down to the great smelling bathroom. I hesitated sending her to Ridgecrest because of the bad reviews but I have nothing bad to say about it. It has truly been a blessing to our entire family! May God continue to bless this facility!

My grandpa was discharged to here from NEA Baptist after a hip surgery. The staff then let him lay in bed and never pursued physical therapy with him for 5 days. When we tried to start moving him to encompass rehab, ridgecrest tried to say he wouldn’t qualify because he refused physical therapy when in fact they never even tried. Multiple times in those five days I witnessed my grandpa be ignored talked rudely too and straight up neglected. So happy I got him out of there when I could but I will forever be mad at the fact they delayed his recovery and probably caused Further damage to his hip. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!
