This place is a joke. The administrator is the rudest person on earth. They do have a few ok nurses when you can get them in the room Todo something. My grandma has been in 4 days and I promise this has been the worst 4 days of her life
Worse nursing facility. staff has to b told when to change my grandmother and even then it was at a later time. Food was so hard you could throw it against the wall and it still wouldn’t break. Never give meds on time. Staff is very rude
Wonderful hardworking dedicated staff! Pandemic has brought a lot of challenges to long term care but the wonderful staff at Retama Manor Victoria has ensured that our residents’ need have been met! Our residents have shown nothing less than resilience!
