Guests(us) were offered iced water. A very nice gesture. Answered call to transfer my dad to dining room quickly . Roommates tv much too loud, maybe he could be provided headphones. My mom is very very hard of hearing

The staff took excellent care of my mother''s needs, both physically and emotionally. They were all very pleasant, caring, and helpful whenever she/we needed anything. They maintained her dignity at all times throughout her stay, which myself and my family appreciate. It was an unexpected bonus to be able to bring in our family dog to visit her, as soon as I provided a copy of her vaccinations. The Director of Nursing''s office was always available for our questions, even after normal work hours. I thank your staff again for their hard work, especially over the Christmas/New Year''s Day holidays.
