I have been to this facility many times. Staff are always friendly, helpful. The facility is clean. The dietary department does MORE than many. Teamwork and moral great. Keep up the good work
I worked at Regency Heights for many years. You won’t find a better, more caring team of people anywhere! Highly recommend!
My niece is a patient and has been to other facilities and her illness couldn''t be managed but here she doesn''t go back and forth to the hospital all the time. The building is clean and doesn''t reek of urine. My family made a good choice.
Very bad experience I know people who worked and people who lived there. The nurses are rude , they dont pay their former empyers , they treat residents rudely waking them up too much just for protocol when it could be against their will and desire for rest and sleep. Overall inhumane.
I use to work here it was a great place to work but the woman that did scheduling was on crack. She tried to get me fired. But Luckily I quit. Later found out she knew my sister that’s why she tried to get me fired
