To all nurses, CNAs and staff: i appreciated all things you done for me during my stay. You all deserve a lot more than what you get credit for.
I was here for almost 3 months to learn to walk again, they have some good staff but way over worked and then they have some bad staff that just needs to be let go. I was here for almost 3 months to learn to walk again, they have some good staff but way over worked and then they have some bad staff that just needs to be let go. The food is not the best and I know they just got a new DNS and a new Admin. I wish them all the luck. They need to clean house and start over keep all the good people and get rid of the bad eggs, for the moment I honestly would not have anyone I know go there. Mathew is amazing though very nice, carrying and listens when you have a issue.

My brother was sent here for rehabilitation and wound care. He was there for over two hours and no one came to get him settled in his room. Cleanliness is definitely not a priority here, as well as a compassionate, caring or concerned staff. Six hours later a nurse finally came in and let him know that they did not have his meds. She said she was going to look at other patients med trays to see if she could find the medications that he needed? This is so unethical in so many ways. Needless to say shortly after this, my brother checked himself out (against medical advice.) He’s better off being home alone where his meds are, and we don’t have to worry about the cleanliness and the thought of his foot becoming more infected from the unsanitary conditions. If you love your family members DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT send them here
Read moreI was amazed to discover this place has a concierge-- Matthew, who is worth 3 times what he''s being paid. He explained the place was bought in November by a new company that is working to correct the issues raised in other reviews. I wish them well in that endeavor.
Staff and medical are very good at their job. Even though they are over worked they are in desperate need for help but they still work hard and treat the residents well with care and compassion. I give all of the workers. 5 stars
Hard working staff during on all day and night shifts and continue to keep positive during the pandemic!
