This place needs to be investigated for negligence. They dropped me twice and was not concerned. Food is unfit.

I stayed at this facility after a fall and broken wrist, hip and pelvis in 2020. It was a great place to recover. The physical therapist were top notch. The food was exceptional because they had a chef. After knee replacement in 2021 I requested this facility because of the experience I had the prior year. It’s hard to believe the changes. The room I was in had a broken thermostat and the door handle to the bathroom was hanging from one end. The food was not edible. Getting pain meds on time was occasional. The therapists, however, are top notch. I left after one week even tho I was scheduled for two weeks because it was such horrible experience. I would not recommend Bridgmore to anyone.

All the staff seems nice but they are so understaffed right now my mom has only had one shower in the month she has been their and ;get her medicine late (like 4-10 hours late) She was promised to see the doctor. Has been their a month and hasn''t seen him yet! The hall ways smell like urine! and my mom says the food is horible! She says she hears that the stte come all the time because lots of people call in and complain because of be sores and lack of care.
Read moreWe had a mutual client they discharged AMA by her surgeon. They discharged the client with an amutated leg with out DME supplies or wound care. Scary place to go to because they lack the care required to ensure people''s safety as they transition home.
My mother had a horrible experience at this facility. Would DEFINITELY not recommend.
