If you all love your family you would not send them here. If your family is on antibiotics or any kind of controlled medication, I can tell you right now tiwanna Fleming is popping them in her mouth and not theirs and that''s sad. She even gives them to other staff members. I know someone who witnessed them stealing medication. The doctor prescribed these medications for a reason to the residents and then the head staff knows this, but does nothing. God is looking and I don''t think he is pleased,.your day is coming. We are out here to provide care for those who were placed under our care not steal from them and neglect them. Staff stealing money out of wallets is just flat out devilish. Please do not send your family here and if they''re here go check on them.

PLEASE DO NOT let anyone you love or even know go to this place. My mother was here for a little over a month. She wasn''t given a shower for 12days after her arrival. Each nurse just kept passing it off on the next one saying they didn''t have the time or it wasn''t their job. She wasn''t given a meal 8 times with no explanation. My mother is unable to walk and has very limited use of her upper body. She was left in a wheelchair (several times) for 10 to 12 hrs each time even though she has doctors orders for no more than 2hrs at a time. Several times she wasn''t given her meds. 3 times she asked for something for heartburn and was given Tylenol- of which she has specific orders NOT TO TAKE from 2 doctors. When she 1st arrived and put in 2wks quarantine( requirement cuz of covid protocols now) there were 2 nurses that she said were great- 1 female name?? and 1 male named Tony i believe. There is also a physical therapist Amanda that was completely wonderful with my mom. I thank the 3 of them very much for the care and help they all gave my mother.....but that is all i have to say nice about this horrible place. What ever you do stay far away from here

My grandmother was sent to this place for rehab 1st thing she did was ask to use her nebulizer which she needs 4 times a day. They didn’t even know what it was. & told her this isn’t a hospital. After not knowing what a nebulizer is they cut it down to two times a day. I’m guessing it was to much work for them to give her 4 times a day. When she complained about it someone came in a threw her medication at her and said “here do it yourself” She was moved to an assisted living, and watermark told the senior living place that my grandmother needed continuous oxygen… Which she has never been on… ever they also said she wasn’t allowed to self medicate. Which is not true… basically if you don''t want your loved one to be taken care of send them here! Otherwise stay far far away from this place… Getting discharged was an absolute nightmare. Don’t question the doctors actions or else he will get throw a fit and make you wait longer to leave…
