This place is awful please if you have a loved one in need of rehabilitation services or nursing home care do not I repeat do not use this place. I placed my mother here thinking that she would get the care needed for her to heal and get back to her life after an amputation and all HELL. The staff is discourteous and unprofessional. They do not respond to emails at all. The social worker was very short and refused to answer phone calls and emails left. Upon answering she made me aware that she doesn''t respond to emails. My mother is an amputee and needed assistance with being changed, and maneuvering daily from her chair to the bed and also pain medication it would be hours before someone would answer the call button. I finally was able to get .y mother moved to a more caring facility where she is being treated as a human being. My next step is to launch a lawsuit against Rainbow for neglect and a abuse. Did I also mention while my mother was here she had fallen more than ten times in two months because of the lack of decent staff to assist her.I repeat this place is a dump do not send your loved one here if you want them.to live or get better.

I worked at Rainbow Health and Rehab for over two years. Kim was an amazing boss. She was always fair to all the employees, she expects people to do their jobs and take care of the patients. Julie was also great to work for. I left because I felt it was my time and I now regret it because that was one of the best places I worked for! They always were kind and friendly towards me. I would have put my mother there if she was still alive when it was her time to go into a nursing home. The CNA’s make sure they take care of all the patients no matter how they treat the cna’s. We all know that sometimes some nursing homes are understaffed but there they always make it work! I’m writing this review because I want people to know the truth. That is one of the best nursing homes in Memphis! I would recommend Rainbow Health and Rehab to anyone looking for a great place to have their family members go when and if they need to go for Rehab, or go long term. Also the therapy department does such an amazing job working with the patients. Thank you for all you guys do! You will always be my number one place that I worked for!
