NEGATIVE stars. The most disrespectful, cruel, lack of human decency to the ill elderly I’ve ever witnessed. Completely abuse their residents, and neglect them. Left my grandmother in a soiled depend for hours. Didn’t have her medication or anything for her needs and completely disregarded her and put her in a foul dirty room alone where she screamed for help till 4 am till she finally called us to come save her. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR LOVED ONES. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. As we were leaving you could hear another resident calling for help to their family to come get them that they were abusing her and didn’t have proper training and left her bleeding. They have no idea who’s family they just abused. They lie and try to cover what they’ve done, all dirt comes to the surface.

A sad excuse for a health care facility. The rooms they provide are not up to standard (broken call buttons, no heat, broken bed) and sub par patient care and attention. Wait times of over 1.5 hours after call buttons are pressed and no one to answer phones at anytime for any major family concerns. ...

Wait times of over 1.5 hours after call buttons are pressed and no one to answer phones at anytime for any major family concerns. Full of staff/administration that are not willing to own up to these issues and just give excuses instead. Please save yourself and your family the headache and look elsewhere so you don''t have the same experience as us.

I’ve reported them to every out outlet possible and I’m not even finished!! Please whatever you do - DO NOT send your loved ones here! They need their doors shut for good! I’ve never seen such neglect! Oh and don’t try calling either - they will just tell you ‘somethings wrong with the phones’. They don’t even deserve 0/5 stars so I guess -250/0 (and that’s being generous).
