My mother in-law was in there for about a month it was terrible her physical therapy consisted of getting put in a wheelchair from her bed. She had a pace maker put in and had a broken thigh bone no one made appointments for her Drs. I made an appointment for her Dr for her leg and told them she needs an X-ray before she goes they said they would have someone come for that well they didn’t!! I have pictures of her urine bag over flowing on the floor the bag was finally changed but the floor wasn’t washed!! Long story short we had her moved to another facility.
