Horrible care from staff my family just suffered major neglect , causing serious medical injury and is fighting for her life. From the owner, management, for health care facility worker, no one cares. The facility smells awful and sucking, water damage and I really raggedy. They discriminate on low income people and being that they are in a black area further drives that discrimination . I will not post pic of my family member, but they let her teeth turn black with black sores on her to gue and let her stay in a coma state with no food or water and unresponsive for a week.

I write this review very loosely. Only because I still have a love one in their care. One or two things need to happen they either need more funding or to close down operations. I write this review very loosely. Only because I still have a love one in their care. One or two things need to happen they either need more funding or to close down operations. They are under staffed and overworked. My loved one calls me at least four times a day saying they have been pressing the nurse call button and their response time is literally hours later. I didn’t believe it at first until I faced timed my loved one. Watch them press the button and two hours and fifteen minutes later a rude tech or nurse by the name of George just came galloping in the room all calm. Not knowing I’m on the phone the whole time just straight disrespecting my loved one. The crazy part about it my love one has coded three times in the past 4 months so if they press the button someone needs to be in there immediately. My loved one took a video of themselves literally still sitting in their own urine for five hours straight. These are unacceptable conditions and the staff (some not all are very rude and disrespectful). Not all the people that’s in there don’t have anywhere to go, some of them are in there for actual rehabilitation and 24 hour care. YES 24 HOUR care not I’ll get to them when I can get to them. If these problems keep existing and doesn’t change I will get the news and all local churches involve. Do not treat our elderly with such disregard and negligence. DO BETTER PRUITT

I''ve just had the time to stop and respond to this review request. I give one star for the nurse who was active in my father''s care. I believe she was only active because I was there everyday. Do not choose this facility for your love ones. This place lack everything no hydration team, no restorative team ,no activities for the residents, no skilled or scheduled therapy, the people who walked around would come by a few minutes to pretend to do something. I could have created a better program than what they were using for restorative care. My father left that place with a UTI because they didn''t change his catheter, the hospital showed me what it looked like. They expected my blind father to feed himself, with one side of his body paralyzed. One top of this, the eating utensils the expected him to eat with was big enough for toddlers. This place is terrible. I pray that the right people(compassionate) takes over because I did notice that most of the residents didn''t have visitors. Before places your loved ones check out the locatoon. I chose this place based on a list that was given to me by his case manager. Please do better 🙏 There''s no excuse for what we experienced, if you lack the skilled nurses and therapist, close it down.

On the day I visited this facility it was hard to get information. No one seemed to be able to answer simple questions or familiar with rules or guidelines. Environmental services could do better with cleaning.
