I am pleased with the care my mother receives from the nursing staff at Spring Valley. They are pleasant, polite and respectful. The medical staff is professional and provide our family with updates and information about my mother regularly. The facility has a wonderful little park like area outs...
I am pleased with the care my mother receives from the nursing staff at Spring Valley. They are pleasant, polite and respectful. The medical staff is professional and provide our family with updates and information about my mother regularly. The facility has a wonderful little park like area outside with a sitting area and garden patio. I wish the owners were able to upgrade the patient room bathrooms and repair the cracks in the floors. The building is very old, needs some attention and a fresh modern look but thank goodness the care is not affected by that.
