Dad was admitted for rehab, but also had other health issues. After being sent out for longer than normal Hospital stays, this facility disposed of all of his belongings including his wallet, dentures and cellphone along with his clothes. No one notified us to come get his things. I called after realizing we didn''t have his dentures, and was told they can''t find any of his things. After speaking with the"new" admin who tried to locate them and calling me back a month later after several calls made by myself to only be told they can''t find them. I guess we need to check his credit report since anybody could have his id!! Also called corporate and nothing changed. Oh, the care he got was ok.😐

If I could rate this facility a zero, I would! My mother was extremely neglected in the 40 hours that she was in this facility. The aides were negligent in their care and concern for her wellbeing and could have cared less if she was safe from falls, nor did they show any interest in assisting Mother in ambulating to the bathroom. Upon entering the room, I found Mother’s medications on the floor, and she had an open ulceration on her tailbone that was neither cleaned well nor was any ointment or bandages applied. The only positives were that housekeeping quickly and cheerfully attended to a fecal mess in the shared bathroom, and Nurse Velma listened to my concerns and apologized for what had occurred. This facility is in need of a big turnover in staff and better training.
