Awful place. DO NOT SEND ANYBODY YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS PLACE. The nurses are rude and do not take care of the patients. They let you sit in your waste for hours while they walk and talk to each other. I will be reporting this place today. Believe all of the bad reviews you see about this place...

I asked to see the rooms before my loved one was moved in and was told, due to Covid, I couldn’t see the room. Based on their website and pictures, my loved one was moved to the facility. Room was filthy. The floors were so dirty, my shoes stuck to the floor. The room looked like it had been used for storage. I moved my loved out immediately. There was one nurse that seem to care but the other caregivers were awful! When aides walked, they shuffled taking all the time in the world to come to the room. No greeting! No smile! No reassurance! Nurses station was setup like a prison control center with glass surrounding it. Most of the time that I went to get help, there were 4 caregivers sitting behind the glass and acted bothered that I was interrupting them. I give this facility a failing grade.

My husband is there for long term care. First he was in the rehab part. He was transferred to long term without my knowledge even though I knew he was going to be eventually transferred. The therapy department stated he was not responding to the therapy. He can''t talk, swallow, or walk because he had a massive stroke so how would they expect him to communicate with them. They said that for three weeks they would try. So my question is will he just lay in the bed for the rest of his time there? The place could use some new equipment such as bed tables, etc. The furnishings are old and the TV in my husbands room has bad reception. The screen is scratchy looking. The place could use some renovating. The molding on the bottom of the wall has pulled away from it and needs to be fixed. The money they are charging you would think the furnishings would be much better. The staff seems to be friendly so far. I haven''t had any problems yet! I am in healthcare myself so I know what should or should not be. I am going to give Pruitt a chance but if I run into issues I will have my husband transferred because he is an US Army veteran and deserves the best of care!
Read moreThe staff and support team are warm and friendly. The PT transformed my loved one from someone who refused to get dressed and get out of bed to an autonomous bright and comforted senior. I went home today very encouraged and grateful. And her lunch was delish!!! Thank you Pruitt Marietta.
Don’t worry Odhomi, the “just LPNs” will take care of everything while you sit in your cushy office making an exorbitant amount of money for a little bit of nothing
The administration does not care about their employees. Do not let your family member get admitted here! It’s sad and dangerous.
